Truly Labs AB is a CRO providing customized in vitro and in vivo services to its customers. Our key therapeutic areas are inflammation, respiratory diseases, oncology and autoimmune diseases. Our in vitro services include cell culture facilities for both primary and secondary cell lines. We conduct cell-based assays for cytotoxicity, viability, proliferation and biomarkers (from a wide rand of sample types). Our in vivo studies are available in a range of animal models and include pharmacokinetic (PK) studies, customized pharmacodynamics (PD) models, modelling of PK/PD relationships and dose predictions and administration routes and proper formulation. Our in vivo imaging uses different modalities such as optical imaging, CT, MRI and PET to allow for visualization of tumor progression and metastases, biodistribution of labelled biologics and cells and inflammation as some examples. We have extensive experience of delivery to the lung and offer a wide range of technological solutions and experimental settings for inhalation studies.
