The tools are anticipated to lead to new knowledge and cutting-edge technology and innovation for the food industry, which can in turn strengthen the long-term competitiveness of the Swedish food sector to meet the objectives related to sustainable development.
The network is currently coordinated by the Lund Institute of Advanced Neutron and X-ray Science, LINXS, together with the main organisations for food research in Sweden including; Lund University, Chalmers University of Technology, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences and Research Institutes of Sweden, RISE.
